The answer is in your hands
"Whether you succeed or not is irrelevant, there is no such thing. Making your unknown known is the important thing.” – Georgia O’Keeffe

Clay therapy
I offer a confidential, unhurried, non-judgmental space where people of any age can experiment, reflect and mull over their concerns and thoughts while playing with clay. I trained with the incomparable Dr. Lynne Souter-Anderson and have discovered personally the surprising impact of working with clay.
"Often the hands know how to solve a riddle with which the intellect has wrestled in vain." Jung

Creative Arts Therapy
This therapy is for those who like to explore creatively while thinking over their difficulties. Creative arts can be useful when words seem inadequate to express the trauma felt. I offer a confidential, non-directive and non-judgmental space and aim to come alongside clients as they discover pathways to peace.
“I found I could say things with color and shapes that I couldn’t say any other way – things I had no words for.” – Georgia O’Keeffe

Teens and adults
No artistic skill needed! Talking is optional! These therapies offer a chance to explore, be playful or to 'dig deep' and see what might happen. They are about the process rather than the product and can faciliate brain integration and encourage processing within the unconscious.
“Everybody born comes from the Creator trailing wisps of glory...each one of us is born with creativity.” – Maya Angelou

I work in schools offering individual or small group sessions with teens. I also offer sessions at another location to both teens and adults, individually or in small groups. Session prices begin at £50 per session for individuals.
